Yes, Quick Credentials allows you to opt for email reminders for these certification and licensing renewals at 3 months, 1 month and 1 week before expiration. Or if you prefer, set your own reminder intervals. We’ll even remind you to upload the current documentation after renewal to keep your file up to date.
Yes, we only use Secure sockets (SSL) to transmit all data. We utilize 2 factor identification when you log in. As added security, virus scans are run daily and all uploaded files are encrypted. An email notification is sent to you everytime a guest access link is opened.
Yes, but only for a limited time. You have the ability to generate a temporary, 72 hour secure link for a credential specialist to view and download your credential information.
No. While we recognize the inconvenience of the extra step, our IT security experts have advised against disabling 2 step authentication due to the highly sensitive nature of your stored documents. Keeping your information safe is a top priority!
